Today our angel baby is 18 months, a year and a half, even closer to 2, and it's frightening. I'm not ready for her to grow up, although I love watching her grow and master new skills, I don't want my baby to turn into a toddler just yet. She has grown into an incredibly loving and sweet girly girl - she loves brushing her hair, playing with and kissing her babies, any kind of shoes, and carrying around purses. She loves to eat, which you wouldn't know from her size, and does almost non stop - her favorite phrase is "bite please!' She absolutely adores Cooper and tries to copy everything he does, although she gets easily frustrated with him and doesn't hesitate to let him know when he's crossed the line.
We had her 18 month check up last week and she's still such a peanut, but her head is quite big - what's with us having babies with such large noggins? Ha!
Weight - 22lb. 3oz. - 25th percentile
Height - 31 inches - 25th percentile
Head - 47 1/4 cm - 75th percentile
Her vocabulary is quite astounding. She knows over 35+ words, and is already starting to put them together, forming 2-3 word "sentences". Josh & I were counting her words just a few days ago and this is what we have so far…
She's beginning to show interest in using the potty and has gone on it a handful of times, but she has yet to make it a regular thing. She likes to point to the toilet and say "Daddy poop." - it's hilarious!
Caedyn loves to dance - whether it be to music on the TV, radio, or one of her toys, it never fails that she busts out a move, sometimes she even tries to sing along.
She still loves water, whether it be the bath, pool, or splash pad - I see lots of wet outdoor play this summer!

The kids & I went to Calico Basin with Erin to take a few pictures for Caedyn turning 18 months, and they turned out adorable - We found our family photo spot for the end of this year!
We even got some cute pictures of the kids together, with Caedyn's goofy "cheese smile" and all.
Of course Cooper wanted to get in on the photo action, and being as photogenic as he is, they ended up being amazing pictures!
Today is the first day without the binkie, wish us luck! Praying for good naps & sleep tonight, but 18 months is my cut off!
