Aviation Nation

Friday the 11th, Josh and I had the night off since Cooper stayed at Grammy & Grampy's - We finally got some quality alone time in. After the late night, we drove to St. George Saturday morning so I could visit our massage therapist. Once my appointment was over, we met Dave, Theresa, Sarah, & Sam at Cracker Barrell for lunch.

Meanwhile Cooper visited the petting zoo with my parents. Once back home we spent the afternoon resting up for the Indian Nation Finals Rodeo that evening. We met everyone at South Pointe and had a blast - Cooper's favorite event was the bucking broncs.

Ride 'em Indian!

Coop now insists on feeding himself all the time, and he sure knows how to make a mess doing it.

Enjoying his yogurt.

On Sunday The Furley's and Gergory spent the afternoon with us at Aviation Nation, the air show held once a year at Nellis Airforce Base. We walked around spent most of the day checking out all the awesome, different planes.

The big jet plane.

Throughout the afternoon, we stopped and watched as the fast jets flew past - it's amazing how these pilots are able to handle and maneuver their air crafts.

During their break the pilots drove their planes past the crowd - Cooper and I had a front row seat

Gregory wanted to check out the inside of the parked helicopter, so we hopped him up in there and let him take a look around.

We stopped at the toy booth and got each of the boys blow up thunderbird planes they threw around all afternoon.

"This doesn't fly like a paper airplane!"

Wyatt trying to sneak under the fence.

Towards the end of the afternoon, we sat down to watch the final performance. Wyatt was exhausted and pooped out, but Cooper was finally let out of his stroller, he wanted to run!

Somebody had enough!

My special little boy.

Like Father, like son.

Lined up & ready to fly!

After riding the shuttle back to the car, both of these boys crashed!

What a great way to spend a wonderful weekend, with wonderful people. With family arriving daily, next week sure will be hectic around our place.
