Get Outdoors!

Over the past month, our weather has been very temperamental - we've gone from 80 degrees to 50 and rainy overnight! Luckily, we were able to take advantage of the better weather by spending it outside.

Josh and I took the kids hiking at Red Rock and they absolutely loved it!

Cooper definitely keeps us on our toes, constantly reminding us "I'm an excellent climber, don't worry about me, worry about yourselves." Honestly, he IS an excellent climber, but that doesn't stop my heart from skipping a beat each time he attempts something new!

Whatever Cooper does, Caedyn insists on following his lead - "Me do it too, like Bubba" is her favorite line.

We've also spent a few afternoons out at the Boulder City corrals watching the high school kids compete, and eating burgers of course!

Countless days have been spent out front riding scooters or bikes, or just playing ball.

We brought our trailer to wash it, the kids took over the sprayer & everyone ended up wet!

Most recently, my Mom and I took the kids to volunteer at the Wash Green-Up - a twice a year event at the Las Vegas Wash where volunteers plant approximately 4,400 trees and shrubs across 11 acres. We were provided with shovels, but the kids preferred to dig with their hands. It was such a fun experience, we plan to volunteer again in the fall!

The next few weeks are the calm before the storm - we have a very exciting Spring planned!
