This past Saturday afternoon was Caedyn's 2nd birthday celebration. She chose a Strawberry Shortcake theme, her very favorite show, and I spent all week preparing for her special day. The party ended up falling on my Moms birthday, so we were sure to include her in the party shenanigans.
We had family come from all over the states to help celebrate her big day, Josh even flew in that afternoon and made it just in time (although he was exhausted from his crazy work week!).
The kids, and adults (ha!) ran wild while everyone pigged out on food and drinks.
Once the sun set, it was time for cake! Caedyn didn't know what to do when everyone was singing to her, it was so cute, but she blew out her candle like a pro. She got the first slice of cake, but insisted on eating a cupcake too!
After cake, she was ready to tear into her presents! She got so many fun gifts, such a spoiled little princess!
That night, we had some tired kids on our hands! Papa read a book to put Caedyn down, while Cooper snuggled up on sisters new princess baby.
We had a "berry" wonderful day celebrating with everyone! Thank you to all of you who were able to make it, and to those who celebrated with us from afar! I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that our little baby is going to be 2, she's growing up too fast! Happy party day P, mommy and daddy love you sissy!
