First Day of Pre-K

Oh, my, where has the time gone? Yesterday was Cooper's first day of preschool and I can hardly believe it. 

Last weekend we brought him school shopping - he picked out his backpack & some new shoes to get him ready for his big day. Sunday night we picked out his outfit & read "The Night Before Preschool" before tucking him into bed. He woke up Monday morning ready to go - of course I had to get a picture before heading out the door, as always Caedyn wanted to get in on the picture action, too.

Grammy met us in the parking lot to help send Cooper off to his first day since Josh was working. After taking a few pictures, we made our way inside.

Since we arrived a little early, we waited for the classroom to open up so we could sign Cooper in with his new teachers, Ms. Jan, Ms. Stacy, and Ms Jacky. 

While dropping Cooper off, he waved & blew me a kiss, saying "Bye Mom!" while I was a crying mess. Once we got back to our car, Caedyn kept asking for "Bubba" while pointing to his car seat - I guess it's pretty obvious we don't split the two of them up often.

Caedyn & I did a little shopping while we waited for school to get out, little miss sassy loves to shop!

We picked up Josh on our way back to school to get Cooper. As soon as Caedyn saw Coop in his classroom, she ran to him yelling "Bubba" and gave him a big hug. Once signed out, we couldn't get him to stop talking about his day, he LOVED school and can't wait to go back!
