Saturday morning was Cooper's very first t-ball game. After a month of practice, the boys were finally playing their competition. For 50 minutes, they rotate teams at bat, while each kid gets to hit & run the bases. It was adorable! Cooper did a great job hitting too - the kid has got a great swing!
Caedyn and I joined the rest of the family, Daddy, Grammy, Grampy, & Papa Dave, on the bleachers to cheer the Rangers on!
Cooper did a great job in the field also. The boys tend to have a short attention span at practice, but did much better keeping up at the game.
Once the game was over, the boys did their team cheer & thanked the other team for such a great game!
Once we were finished up at the park, we loaded the kids into the car and drove up to St. George to spend the remainder of the weekend at the Craig's house. Saturday was Papa Dave's birthday, so we were very happy to be spending it with him! Theresa made an amazing dinner, as usual, and we relaxed around their house, catching up and enjoying the company.
Plus, Aunt Sarah came home from her mission last week and was finally up for some visitors! It was so nice to finally be able to see her again, it had been a year, far, far too long to go without seeing family! Caedyn & Cooper both have grown and changed so much since she left, but they picked right up where they left off! And in such a short amount of time, we even got Caedyn saying "Rara" before we left. We love Aunt Sarah!!!
We drove back home Sunday afternoon, and we're already planning our next visit. We've got a lot to catch up on, plus she has her "Welcome Home" speech at church in a few weeks that we wouldn't miss for the world!
