A Trip Home.

Since getting home from our trip to North Dakota, Cooper and I have kept ourselves as busy as possible - It seems to make the time go by so much faster! He sure is a growing boy and is learning by the minute. He is definitely an animal lover and can't get enough of our dogs.

Cooper & Buster

Over the past month he's had 4 more teeth come through - 3 molars and a top tooth to the right of the middle ones. He's able to eat so much more now that he has more chompers.

Chowing down on an apple.

Cooper and I took a weekend drive to St. George to spend the weekend with family.

Driving Grandpa's big truck.

Riding around with Uncle Sam.

Feeding Grandpa an apple.

The following week Josh finally had some time off work and came home.

Coop & Dad rocking away!

The night after Josh got home, we brought all the boys out to the corrals - they all sure missed it!

On Friday some very good friends got married up at Mt. Charleston and we had the privilege of spending the evening with them. My parents babysat Cooper all weekend so Josh and I had a room at the Hotel and were able to have some alone time, it was amazing!

Saturday we tagged along as the Busch's and Paul's brought their kids sledding in the fresh snowfall.

For Valentine's Day we saw the show the Blue Man Group - it was so much better than I remembered!

At the bar before the show.

Waiting for the show to start.

On Monday we met my parents at the park to pick up Cooper. Of course we then had to spend an hour pushing him on the swing and watching him ride down the slides.

Swing, or "wing" as Cooper calls it.

Going for it.

Walking the dogs with Dad.

Riding his horsey...

...while giggling at Gregory!

During Josh's time off, we took another drive out to the Boulder City corrals and let the dogs burn some energy while Cooper and Josh enjoyed roping practice.

Karson & Cooper - Two of my favorite boys!

Josh's dad, Dave, came to town and stayed the night with us to spend some quality time with Josh while he was home. The next day we drove out to Nelson and went shooting.

Dad loving on Cooper.

For the past month or so, Cooper really started showing interest in going to the bathroom on the potty, so we took a trip to Babies R Us and picked one up for him. He's gone on the potty at least once a day since then - I'm so proud!

Yelling "Potty!"

On the Friday before Josh flew back to work we took a trip to St. George to visit with family. Josh's brother, Jesse, and his family had driven down from Salt Lake to spend the weekend, so we took that opportunity to visit with everyone.

Hugging his cousin, Jacob.

Playing Peek-A-Boo!

Playing with Uncle Jesse.

We all took a walk to the park and spent the afternoon burning energy and laughing! We all were acting like little kids - Stephanie and I had some kids actually come up to us and tell us they'd never had to wait in line behind adults before, that sure made us feel OLD!

Cooper & Aunt Steph - I just LOVE her!

Swinging with Grandpa Dave.

Everyone going for a swing.

At this park they had some of the coolest playground toys I'd ever seen.

On Saturday, before dropping Josh off at the airport, we took one last trip to Boulder City for Cooper to feed the steers. He absolutely loves all animals and isn't scared of anything!

It was so nice to have Josh home for two weeks, but so hard to say good-bye. I'm already counting down the days until he gets to come home again!
