Oh, January.

With Josh gone our lives have been turned absolutely upside down! It took a while, but we're finally back into some sort of routine of normalcy.

Coop and I woke up one morning and he had this hair do - I knew it was time for a haircut!

Getting his first big boy hair cut.

During the beginning of January we made a trip to the other side of town to visit Mike and Kris. Cooper sure loves spending time with them.

Riding around the living room.

Playing in Papa Mike's truck!

Cooper honestly thinks he's a big kid. He's always trying to do what the rest of the kids are doing.

The weekend of January 14th, I got a night free while Grampy watched Cooper so I could celebrate Angela's 24th birthday.

Happy Birthday Anshie!

On a whim I decided to drive to North Dakota to surprise my husband. The following Tuesday morning Cooper and I packed up the car, dropped the dogs with my brother, and headed North. We stopped in St. George for a night to spend some time with Dave, Theresa, Sarah, and Sam.

Bath time!

My big boy.

Isn't he just precious!?

Before continuing on our journey, we ate at Cracker Barrel with Sarah - Cooper thinks he Mr. Cool.

Just relaxing.

We took the I-15 up to Salt Lake and stayed the night with Josh's brother and his family. Cooper really enjoyed spending time with his cousins. Savannah and Abby sure are growing up into beautiful little girls, while Jacob at 9 months is already bigger than Cooper!

Baby Jake

What a handsome little boy!

Getting love from Savannah.

It seems like yesterday they were babies!

As Kyle and Lindsay were driving through Salt Lake, we said goodbye to the other Craig's and met up with them to follow them up to Sheridan, WY where we stayed for the night. Early Friday morning Cooper and I made the final drive to Dickinson, ND. When we arrived Cooper knocked on the bathroom door and shocked Josh, he had no idea we were coming!

Eating an orange at dinner.

This is the picture of the temperature gauge inside my car that first night - Absolutely freezing!

And this is what I woke up to the next morning - Ice everywhere!

I kept myself extremely busy during my visit. I cooked not only for Josh, but all of the guys every night during our stay, I was glad I could make them all a little more comfortable while they're living in such an uncomfortable environment. Josh got a day off while we were up there, it was nice to have him all to ourselves. On Wednesday morning we packed the car back up and drove to Sheridan to spend some time with Lindsay and Wyatt before our long trek home. Early Thursday morning we started our drive home, stopping only in Provo to pick up Erin and bring her back to Vegas with us.

Saturday night while Cooper spent quality time with Grammy & Grampy, I got another night out with friends. We went to Roller Derby for Bobby & Pam's birthday - We had an absolute BLAST!

We turned my purse into a wine dispenser.

Cooper has become even more aware of his dogs the past few weeks - Anytime they make any sort of noise, he mimics them by barking.

Sharing the rest of his applesauce with Snickers.

This past weekend, once again, Cooper stayed the night with my parents so I could get some adult time in. Us girls got together for Pam's Bachelorette Party. After dinner we all took a Pole Dancing class before heading to karaoke.

Luckily I didn't have any trouble waking up the next morning. After running some errands, Cooper and I met Angelique and Gregory for lunch at the District.

Coop has grown up so much in the past month - Not only is he up to 27 pounds, but he can say at least 12 words and has 5 teeth through with 3 more on the way. Yesterday I made the decision to cut the binky, I figured Cooper is old enough to live without it. We struggled yesterday during nap time, but now he's not even asking for it anymore. I couldn't be more proud.

Cool kid.

We can't hardly wait for next week when Josh gets home. We'll have a very busy week, but it'll all be worth it to have him with us. So until next time... :)
