Where Does Time Go?

Let me start off by saying Thank God for doctors and antibiotics! Cooper woke up Thursday morning with a 102.6 fever and I panicked! I called his doctor and got him the first available appointment. Poor little boy had an ear infection in his left ear. The chunk weighs 17 pounds now! After the visit with the doc, we spent the evening at Aunt Amanda & Uncle Shawn’s.

Friday, Cooper and I hung out around Grammy & Grampy's house - besides the fever, you'd never have known he was sick!

Messy boy playing with his toys.

He LOVES his sensory ball - Thanks Aunt Sandy!

Beautiful baby.

On Saturday, we went house hunting once again. After running a few errands, we stopped at Red Robin and grabbed a bite to eat - it was a beautiful afternoon so we ate out on the patio.

Cooper & Daddy @ Red Robin.

We spent the rest of the day hanging out around the house. Cooper learned how to sit on his own a few weeks back, I finally was able to catch a picture of it since Josh was home - when I'm home by myself I'm too nervous to get too far from him! He's also really honed in on his voice - he's been talking for a while, but recently he's beginning to have full conversations with us.

Sitting all by himself!

Relaxing.

Josh teaching Cooper how to give kisses.

Yakking away.

So serious!

Laughing at daddy.

Buster has become accustomed to the camera - those of you who know him know he has always hated getting his picture taken, I'm so proud of him! He's also become very attached to Cooper - when he's in the mood he actually cuddles with him - YES, I said Buster cuddles with him!! He lets him pull on his face and yank his ears too, what a good boy. Snickers on the other hand welcomed Cooper the first time he came home, he's so good with him - I have a feeling they're going to be buddies.

I love these boys!

On Sunday morning since Cooper was feeling so much better, we headed out to the Boulder City corrals for roping practice. He really enjoys being outside, so we made sure he was bundled up and warm. The horses and cows always catch his attention and he gets mesmerized!

Riding a steer.

Too busy watching the horse in the box.

Hangin' with Josh.

Helping daddy push the cows up.

We had quite an eventful week - time to relax til next weekend and we'll do it all over again. I can't believe it's already February!
