A week before Cooper's big birthday bash, we had some good friends over for a BBQ. The kids over ran the house as usual.

We had several gifts delivered to the house from family and friends that weren't able to make to the birthday party, we appreciate all of you!

On Cooper's actual birthday we had a little family get together - I made a big pot of spaghetti and we opened some gifts.
On Saturday morning we paid a special visit to the fire station to visit Grandpa Craig since he was working during the party.

Hiding...
And peeking!
We had Cooper's birthday party at my parents house - thank you to everyone who took part in our special day!
The pool kept the kids busy and happily entertained.
After swimming was singing & cake...
...and presents...
...and of course a pinata!
Cooper had to make sure to kiss his girlfriend goodbye.
After all was said and done, he still wanted to play with the old pot and spoon, and balloons.
Before we even pulled out of the neighborhood Cooper was asleep. His big day sure did wear him out!
I've got to say, my front room now looks like a Toys'R'Us store - the kid will definitely have no shortage of toys!
Happy Birthday handsome boy, you're now ONE :)
