Annual Boys Fishing Trip

While us girls stayed in town, all the boys loaded up the boats and the trailer and headed up north to Fremont, Wisconsin for the annual fishing trip. They go the same time every year during the white bass run. Grandpa has been going for over 50 years, so Josh, my brother - Michael, Uncle Brian, Uncle Steven and my cousin - Brett, all tagged along this year. They stayed Monday thru Thursday, rain or shine. I sent Josh with the extra camera so he could take pictures!

The drive up the road to the camp site.

The view from their campsite.

Josh's first catch of the day!

The fish @ the cleaning station.

What a beautiful sunset!

All the boys!

The Bulls finals were on, so Michael, Brett, and Josh headed to the local bar to watch the game and stay out of the cold!

While the boys were watching the game, Grandpa caught 27 fish!

All in all, they caught 99 fish - ALOT less than usual. But they weren't discouraged, of course they'll be back next year!

Cleaning up after the trip.

In a few years Cooper will be old enough to tag along!
