On Friday evening, Amanda dragged me along with her to a Pampered Chef party - I spent far too much money, but I LOVE Pampered Chef :)
Saturday we headed to downtown Henderson for the St. Patty's Day parade with some friends. Cooper watched as all the kids and cars went by - we had a good time, but my oh my it was windy!

Watching the parade go by...
We skipped out early on the parade to beat the traffic and headed to the charity event "Touch A Truck" - businesses from all over the valley donate their vehicles for the afternoon. The company that Josh works for - Dielco Crane Service - donated their most prized possession, a fully restored 1920's truck crane.
The old crane.

There were so many different trucks to crawl into, we didn't even know where to start - the little ones sure did, they wanted to drive the Peterbilt.
Brand spankin' new Peterbilt.
Then the John Deere tractor and firetrucks were next...

The Army had also donated one of their giant trucks for the show... one of my favorites - GIANT and camouflage. We took a tour of the swat truck too - it's amazing that even the tires are bulletproof!

My fam bam.
While we putted around the lot, Cooper hung out with his buddy Wyatt in the wagon. Every time the wind blew off his hood Wyatt helped him by putting it back on - they're going to be the best of friends, I think we're in for a heap of trouble!
Getting his hood back on...

Before we headed out we watched the Sunrise helicopter take flight... and we thought it was windy before!
Cooper yelling at the helicopter.
About to take flight...
LIFT OFF!
We spent the evening cleaning up around the house until the Busch's arrived. The girls kept Cooper and the dogs occupied so we got in some adult time!
On Sunday, Shawn and Amanda brought the kids by - it just amazes me how much Cooper is entertained by other children. Aubrey insisted on holding Cooper, so we set them on the couch together. Then she decided to show Cooper how to play with his toys and Seth joined in - it was adorable!

Cousins!
This week we some how found time to set up a play date for the kiddos. Gabby, Cooper and I met up with our friend Nichole and her little one Emilee for lunch. Cooper and Emilee are only 3 days apart, but differ by more than 4 pounds - she's a petite little thing.
Baby date :)
How sweet!

We had such a great weekend - and week - definitely will do it all again :)
